A Peinado has been selected by Altera Development for Phase II of the 12-acre mixed-use retail development in Frisco, TX.
The second phase of this design-build, multi-phased, mixed-use development includes an 11,000 square foot retail facility, sitework and infrastructure development for a national retailer, future retail and office.
Construction is currently underway with an estimated completion scheduled for 2nd Quarter, 2016.
