Peinado Construction has been selected by KDC for the TI portion to the Specialty Building of the new Toyota Headquarters located in Plano, TX. This will include a 250,000 sf build out of Toyotas S1 (TQC) Building that includes fully functional service garages, testing labs, motorsports, offices, R& D and video production area. The building is going to be fully coordinated via BIM (Building Information Modeling) or 3D modeling and will be a USGBC LEED Platinum Certified Building.
Estimated completion: 4th Quarter, 2017.
