This project is an 85,333 SF single-story tilt wall shell office/industrial warehouse consisting of 8 inch concrete tilt panel walls on a reinforced pier foundation, 6 inch concrete slab on grade, 30 foot clear steel structure, metal decking, .60 mil TPO roofing over rigid insulation, ESFR wet pipe sprinkler system, site paving, security fencing, and landscaping. Dock package includes dock seals, bumpers, overhead doors, and z-guard track protection. Building exterior is a textured paint coating. Exterior walls utilize concrete reveals, formliner and accent painting to provide architectural appeal. Windows and entrances are aluminum frame with 1 inch insulated, tinted, low-E glass. The interior slab at the southern portion of the warehouse is 4 feet lower, allowing for interior secure drive-in storage.
Samaritan’s Purse also included Tenant Improvement, which scope included all offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and warehouse fit-out. This Coppell location serves as the organization’s Texas-Lousiana Regional Office to help support their humanitarian aid and international relief efforts.
