Dock package includes dock seals, bumpers, overhead doors, and z-guard track protection. Building exterior is a textured paint coating. Exterior walls utilize concrete reveals, formliner and accent painting to provide architectural appeal. Windows and entrances are aluminum frame with 1 inch insulated, tinted, low-E glass. The interior slab at the southern portion of the warehouse is 4 feet lower, allowing for interior secure drive-in storage.
