Peinado Construction utilizes a Single Team Performance process with project responsibility from initial conception to final completion.
Each project is assigned an experienced Project Manager and Superintendant who are responsible for every aspect of a project. This team takes the project from the initial conceptual budget proposal through preconstruction, through contract administration, and through project close-out and commissioning. This delivery method ensures that our clients will receive stability throughout the various and critical stages of the project.
